This document provides the specifications and configuration details for the production server used in our deployment process.

Overview​

The production server is designed to support quick & active deployment. The server is configured to meet the performance, security, and reliability needs of this environment.

Server Specifications​

  • CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2690 v4 @ 2.60GHz (2 vCPU)
  • RAM: 8 GB
  • Storage: 100 GB SSD
  • Operating System: Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
  • Network: NA

  • Web Server: Nginx v1.18
  • Database: Postgre SQL 16
  • Containerization: Docker v26.1.2

Security Configuration​

  • Firewall: UFW
  • SSL/TLS: Lets Encrypt
  • Authentication: SSH key-based & password-based authentication

Backup and Recovery​

  • Backup Schedule: Daily backups at 12:00 AM
  • Backup Storage: Backups currently created on the same server (/var/opt/fleetobackups)
  • Recovery Plan: Full recovery within 4 hours

Monitoring and Alerts​

  • Real-Time Monitoring: SEQ
  • Alerting: Not Configured
